Black Heart Café in Iqaluit, Nunavut, serves a northern-inspired soups, sandwiches, combo platters, and beverages that are both nutritious and tasty! Their PCI Bowl with Char Gravlax (pictured above) is in-house cured char. "We pack the char with salt, sugar, and a delightful tea blend for flavour. The salt and sugar pull the moisture out, while the tea delicately infuses its flavours into the char. The result is an almost candied char, and it is killer!"
