Leslie Wilson

Managing Director and CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Leslie Wilson is the “Founding Mother” of Canadian Only. A true Canadian, Winnipeg born, she’s traversed this vast land of ours, living in 8 cities, now settled in the Okanagan. Appreciating all this country has to offer, Canadian Only was born in 2000 as a celebration and promotion of all that is truly Canadian.

Leslie takes care of business, top to bottom. She makes the big decisions, does the hiring and purchasing.

Annie Zed

Creative Communications Director

Annie Zed (aka Zalezsak) has known Leslie since 1991 when they both lived in Saskatchewan. Annie was born in Toronto, and has also lived and travelled coast to coast.

Annie is the creative mind behind the most recent rendition of the Canadian Only logo and website design. Contributing to the project since spring 2010, she has helped Leslie to make the website prettier and more useful, too.

Pam Moorlag

Manager of Operations (2009-2010)

In 2009, Pam Moorlag joined Leslie in taking the website to another level. Born in Ontario, Pam grew up in rural Manitoba. She spent a year in Winnipeg before moving to Vancouver, where she lived and worked for 14 years. Pam is now settled in the Okanagan with her family.

Together, Pam and Leslie increased the visitors to the site by 230%. This was achieved through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media marketing, adding thousands of websites to the Directory, and diversifying. This helped increase our Google ranking. The next evolution of the website, along with business procedures for operations, office and marketing were set in place.

Pam is currently on a leave of absence to take care of her young family.

Cody

Mascot

Cody is a Yellow Labrador Retriever. Smarter than a beaver, braver than a moose, Cody is our most trusted, loyal advisor and commentator. Watch out for his words of wisdom, coming soon.

Buddy Canuck

Office Temp

Buddy Canuck hitchhiked across Canada and came to us looking for work experience. We always appreciate patriotism, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
